Morrow County is a county located in the U.S. state of Ohio. It's county seat on Mount Gilead. The county was created on March 1, 1848 and originated from Knox, Marion, Delaware, and Richland Counties. The name of the county comes from Jeremiah Morrow (1771-1852), Governor of Ohio.
